Science doesn't belong in food. People aren't meant just to survive and grow ill over time. Instead, they need important nutrients to thrive and stay healthy. Today, people believe they are cooking simply by opening up a frozen package and warming it up, frying it, or baking it. Sure it can take more time, but it will pay off in the long run.

The solution is to simply go for the good stuff, even if it means reducing the overall consumption of meat. Instead of eating it three or four times a week, cut it down to just once so that it suits the budget.
